Auditorium will open for seating 15 minutes before each performance start time.

Recital Etiquette and reminders

• No videotaping or flash- photography allowed. Video of each show will be available for purchase.

• Please remain in your seat for the duration of the show so as not to disturb others view.

• Dancers live for cheer and applause. Please send us love, while being mindful of others.

• Please silence all phones and electronics for the duration of the show.

• No food or drink will be allowed in the auditorium.

• Patrons should use front (main) doors of building to enter and exit.

• Dancers should always use back (Stage) door. Dancers arrive 30 minutes prior to show start time.

• Dancers are allowed water bottles and light (Non-messy) snacks in the Green Room backstage for both Dress-Rehearsal and all shows. No other drinks other than water allowed.

• Parents are not allowed backstage for the privacy and security of the dancers. We have plenty of teachers and volunteer moms backstage helping dancers who need a hand with hair changes/costumes.

• Show Starts on time! The full shows will last approximately 120 minutes, which includes a 20 minute intermission and awards. Drinks, snacks and dancer gifts will be available for purchase before, during and immediately following each show in the cafeteria. All dancers need to remain backstage for the duration of the shows with the exception of our Sat 11 am dancers. These dancers will go directly with their parents after their performance and dancers need to be backstage at the start of the show.

• All dancers will perform in our 2 full shows. 5/18 @2pm and 5/19 @2pm.
