COMPETITION DANCE TRYOUTS August 8, 2026
Tryouts are for the 2026-27 school year. Contact us @ info@lmdanceacademy.com if unable to attend tryouts, but would like to join a competitive team. Individual assessment needed to be placed on a team.
New!! All tryout packets need to be returned to Kiana by 7/15. LMDA Tryout packets can be found in the lobby on the desk and can be picked up Tuesdays-Thursdays 4-6pm, Starting 7/7. Give us a heads-up by email- info@lmdancecademy.com and we will put your name on one and set aside. Make sure to register for tryouts, now! Tryout fees process when registering. $100 Main line and $50 supplemental with a cap of $100 total per dancer. No need to also register for supplemental tryout (If registering for a main line tryout) as we will have your intentions from the tryout packet and you will be considered for all lines that you indicate interest. If your dancer is unable to be present at tryouts, the tryout fee will process in order for dancers to be considered for a line/s. We will do our best to offer a separate tryout time or accept a video submission. Results will be emailed on 8/9. Contact us for fee information and expectations for advanced and intermediate groups. Important news! Competition dancers are no longer required to be in more than 1 supplemental line or class. Supplemental line dancers are encouraged to join Production, but not mandatory. Production is included in main lines. We are dedicated to proper training and development of all our dancers at LMDA and encourage dancers to raise their level of technique by adding a second class. Solo and advanced team dancers have specific enrollment requirements. Please inquire- info@lmdanceacademy.com for more information.
