Recital Etiquette and reminders

• No videotaping or flash- photography allowed. Video copy will be available for purchase.

• Please remain in your seat for the duration of the show so as not to disturb others view.

• Dancers live for cheer and applause. Please send us love, while being mindful of others.

• Please silence all phones and electronics for the duration of the show.

• No food or drink of any kind will be allowed in the auditorium. Concessions will be available for purchase in the lobby before, during and after the show.

• Patrons should use front (main) doors of building to enter and exit.

• Dancers should also use the front (main) door. Dancers arrive 30 minutes prior to show start time.

• Dancers are allowed water bottles and light (Non-messy) snacks backstage. No other drinks other than water allowed. No popcorn, no chips etc. Grapes, banana, string cheese, apple slices, dried fruit are great options.

• Parents are not allowed backstage for the privacy and security of the dancers. Moms of the 3-4 yr olds are the exception. We have plenty of teachers and volunteer moms backstage helping dancers who need a hand with hair changes/costumes. Line moms coordinate one or 2 moms to help with hair changes if needed.

• Show Starts on time! The full shows will last approximately 130 minutes, which includes a 20 minute intermission and awards. Drinks, snacks and dancer gifts will be available for purchase before, during and immediately following each show in the lobby. All dancers need to remain backstage for the duration of the shows with the exception of our 3-4 year old creative movement dancers. These dancers will go directly with their parents after their performance and these dancers need to be backstage at the start of the show.

• All dancers:
